Our process includes script breakdown, shoot coordination, location shoots, studio shoots, off-line and on-line edits.
RESEARCH, SCRIPT & PRINT DEVELOPMENT
During this phase, content is gathered, evaluated, and outlined before the first draft of the script is created. Revisions are made until the script is finalized. Print material is developed and approved. A final print master is ready for duplication approximately the same time the video-based portion is complete.
PRE-PRODUCTION
We breakdown the script, finalize casting and location choices, coordinate shooting times, secure graphics and other artwork, collect props, and book the crew and other resources.
SHOOT
We record location and studio scenes. We love having a representative from your organization on set during the shoot. Your presence ensures a content expert is available to answer any last minute questions.
ROUGH CUT
Often referred to as an off-line, the rough edit is the first phase of post-production. All pieces of the project are assembled in sequence for your review and feedback. Based on feedback, a second or third cut may be created for approval before moving into the final edit.
FINAL EDIT
Sometimes referred to as an on-line edit, the final edit is the last phase in the post-production process. The result is a finished master that is ready for duplication and distribution.
